1 Definitions

"taya777", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operators of the taya777 platform at taya777.pl. "You" and "player" refer to any individual who registers for or uses a taya777 account. 2 Eligibility

• Not be a person who has previously been excluded or banned from taya777 under these terms.

We reserve the right to close any account that does not comply with these eligibility requirements and to return any verifiable balance minus any amounts derived through ineligible activity.

3 Account Registration and Identity Verification

Each person may hold only one taya777 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

taya777 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal from your account. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include PhilSys National ID, SSS/UMID card, driver's licence, and passport. KYC documents must be submitted in your registered name and must be valid at the time of submission.

We may request additional documents at any time as part of ongoing verification obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

4 Deposits

All deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. taya777 supports Philippine bank transfers (including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other participating banks), InstaPay, PESONet, and available local e-wallet channels as listed in your account dashboard at the time of your transaction.

Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on the taya777 platform.

taya777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. Always include the reference number provided by taya777 when initiating a transfer. Deposits sent without the correct reference may be delayed while manually reconciled. Refer to the Deposit page for current channel availability, limits, and processing times.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to Philippine bank accounts or available e-wallet channels registered in your verified name. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits shown on the Withdrawal page at the time of your request.

taya777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where account activity triggers a review. Processing times vary by channel and are displayed at the time you submit your request.

Winnings derived from any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to duplicate accounts, third-party deposits, or system exploitation — are not eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on the taya777 platform — including fish games, eBingo, live casino, sports betting, and slots — are governed by game-specific rules displayed within each game section. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya777 platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulating game outcomes through any technical or social means.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime using the platform.

taya777 reserves the right to void any bets placed in violation of these rules and to suspend or permanently close the accounts of players involved in prohibited conduct. Where applicable, we may report fraudulent activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya777 login credentials, including your email address, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow a third party to access your account.

taya777 offers OTP verification for login and financial transactions, as well as biometric authentication in the mobile app. We strongly encourage all players to enable these security features. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Changes to These Terms

taya777 may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable regulations, or our operational requirements. When material changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from your use of the taya777 platform that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

taya777 does not make any representation about licensing, regulatory approval, or government authorisation beyond what is expressly stated in these terms. Use of the platform is at the player's own discretion and risk.
